    yea.., he threw and received punches for 24 rounds with the pacman...good stamina.

    Calzaghe. Some thick people on here seen to mistake muscle for conditioning.
    Whats the point of all them muscles if you cant fight past the 6th round. You only got to see the hopkins fight.
    That guy is fanaticle about his conditioning but he tried everything to slow the fight down in the later rounds.

    i think anyone who picked holy on here needs to amend to holy 'at cruiser'. at heavy he hated cardio and sparring. the best conditioned heavy, all time may be ken norton. he loved training and his conditionining is what kept him around in big fights. pac is likly #1 today. before camp for the fight vs ricky he did 30 rnds of bag work, day one. that is to say an hr and a half OUT of shape.

    Yep, doing all his training so high above sea level has given him amazing endurance.

    Also Paul Williams has an incredibly high punch output, something like 1000 a fight.

    So he's not a power puncher and throws alot of fluff punches or slaps, he still has excellent stamina due to his conditioning.

    The best ive seen in while though, would B-hop.
