You ever have a really awesome day at practice? Today everything came together for me, i felt like i could throw way more punches, my head movement was slick, i developed a power right hand out of nowhere, and my body punching was spot on. I even got my first knock down ever, then followed it up with FOUR more!!!!

There's something utterly satisfying about finally achieving your goals. Anyone else ever have an unusually awesome day?

LOL not anytime recently but I have deffinately had that feeling you speak of. Everything you have been working so hard on finally comes together for that whole package and shows during a practice and you feel like your on top of the world. It almost feels as good as when the ref raises your hand and announces you as the winner of a match.

This is the time you just keep pushing yourself in the gym stay on top of that, yes I have had plenty of days like that and they are loads of fun, sometimes you just cant stop thinking about what happend in the gym and its as if you just want to be right back in the gym regardless of what your doing in the moment.

it amazes me to see when I am working with these kids sometimes out of no where it all comes together, when that happens its something special its a site I enjoy seeing and especially when you see the look on their face after they have completed four rounds of sparring, and knowing they did well, its as if you dont have to tell them, suddenly their body language tells the entire story.
