Best era for Featherweights

    When ? I'm continually fascinated reading about the likes of Willie Pep. Was it during his time ?

    Late 70's/lEarly 80's you had the likes of Alexis Arguello, Ruben Olivares, Bobby Chacon, Danny Lopez, Salvador Sanchez, Eusebio Pedroza, Azumah Nelson, Wilfredo Gomez ect, ect..

    The late 70's, earl 80's was something else...Sanchez, Lil Red, Pedroza, Lockridge..Young Laporte and Nelson. etc..even past prime Olivares makes a cameo.

    But the mid 60's deserves a shout...Saldivar, Legra, Ramos, Famechon, Winstone, Seki Robertson..even Laguna was a top contender for a little while...quite possibly my favourite and might just get my vote.

    The MAB-Morales-Pac-Marquez..Hamedish era was damn strong also but you get a sense of how many more stronger periods the division has enjoyed.
