I wouldnt really consider Gus feather fisted...maybe he is close to the cusp of feather fisted and just average...but he did have some noteworthy stoppages.

Pep dropped Saddler, and he fractured the rugged Sal Bartolo's jaw in registering the only clean knockout loss on Bartolo's record to consolidate the FW Title. Some reports indicate that Willie could be a far more dangerous puncher than his kayo percentage suggests. (He's recorded as scoring multiple knockdowns in some of his matches.) Ditto for Billy Conn, who knocked out Pastor with a hook to the body, and floored him twice earlier.

Willie Pastrano reportedly made a volitional choice at the outset of his career not to be injurious to his opponents. When in possession of the LHW Title though, he produced stoppages in both of his successful title defenses, halting Peralta on cuts, then dropping Terry Downes twice. Peralta and Downes were not exactly tomato cans. (Pastrano-Downes might make for interesting viewing.)

Joey Archer reportedly claimed that his knockdown of Robinson was only the second one of his entire career. He had a very good right, but almost always held it back for defense.

No he didnt, and if he was fighting in the days where refs didnt stop fights easily, he'd have about 3 stoppages

the most remarkable featherfisted fighters were Willie Pep,who i saw in his prime in 1943 whipping a top lightweight Allie Stolz. Willie was'nt a hard puncher, but the most elusive boxer ever who had 230 bouts, and was unbeatable until his terrible plane accident in 1945.Pep was Fred Astaire with boxing gloves...More impressive was the great light punching Jack Britton, Welterweight champion, who fought from 1904 til his last bout in 1930. Britton had 344 fights with only 25 ko's. He was stopped only once in his great career. He was a superior Billy Graham, with three times the amount of bouts, and stopped only once...Truly amazing.

I think Rosi had a much better punch than his record showed. I had seen him a fight a few times and he seemed to hurt his opponents even when he didnt knock them out. He also scored a brutal Knocked over Duane Thomas, and almost kod Van Horn.

the thing with this guy is i think he does it on purpose because thats pretty much the only worth mentioning about him and what makes fighters like mccline and rahman take fights with him but he can box though

When Willie Pastrano set himself...stopped dancing and took that ultimate risk (for him) of.....GETTING HIT(!!!!) horror of horrors (lol)..he could hit.
