Best Finisher in Boxing?

I think JMM is good in so much as he's ridiculously accurate, and once he feels you weaken he's going to raise the pace slightly and not miss with a single shot until you're down or it's stopped

 

David Haye has to be up there. Abraham is another one. Montiel is another awesome finisher.

JuanMa not using his jab to set up his attacks pisses me off.

Bute knows how to finish his opponents off when he's got them hurt.

I've posted about Haye as a finisher before...he can get too reckless. If he stayed more composed and kept his punches tighter he'd be a much better finisher.

 

Its about finding the right combination, somewhere between Haye and Cotto, who i feel is a little too casual, usually seaches for the picture perfect left hook to the liver.

 

I find Juanma falls in a fair bit when finishing the job tbh. He also got caught against Concepcion and floored when trying to finish job.

Angulo gets my vote. He is a shark once he smells the blood.

Yeah, agree with these three.

In addition Roman Gonzalez, from what I've seen of him, appears to have a good killer instinct.

 

Not many great finishers about these days. Haye gets over anxious and just starts throwing wildly (especially since his move to heavyweight). His athletcism and power get the job done for him. He does at least jump on his opponent at the right time, when he senses he's hurt though something a lot of fighters can't grasp.

JM Marquez is a good shout, his punch selection and variety makes him a good finisher.

I think Gamboa has a killer instinct when the opponent is hurt and he tries to not let them off the hook.

We've got nothing out there compared to the likes of Terry Norris, Felix Trinidad and Gerald McClellen though.

 

As mentioned Haye is way too reckless.

Too many fighters just jump all over the opponent and smother themselves.... I always laugh when I see Hatton clips and him nearly rugby tackling Luis Collazo after decking him

 

Lemieux doesn't really have to finish. He usually does it in one shot.
