best for muscle recovery

    Anyone know some good things to eat/ vitamins or anything to take to improve muscle recovery after a boxing workout?

    good food with plenty of carbs and protein, simple :)

    Zinc
    Magnesium (together with zinc)

    WATER!
    STRETCHING!
    Massaging, foam rolling.
    FOOD!

    zinc i believe is supposed to lossen ur joints n tendons n all that. creatine if u wanna go that route. raw oats i heard r pretty good for energy b4 a workout
