What are you talking about? Still is, warts 'n' all. Whatever flaws the WBC has, WBA equals and then some. IBF might have the most integrity but in terms of legacy and prestige they remain number three as they've been for decades now ...and WBO is still, as ever, the redheaded stepchild.

The WBA has much more tradition and history. They also don't cause **** like the above. Then again I'm fairly certain that there's never been a scenario as laughable the Oquendo thing. And the IBF once ranked a dead guy. The correct answer btw, is that they're all ****.
IBF are the only ones who make an effort to stick to their own rules. WBC and WBA are rotten to the core. Warren Boxing Organisation is a bit of a joke tbh.
I think the positions are more fluid than they've ever been in regards to the prestige of the titles. It's about more than heritage. Current rules and policy matter.
Either WBO, or, since they were caught and almost sued out of existence once already, maybe the IBF. The WBC and WBA are competing to see who can get away with more of incompetence, corruption, and fraud. Just when you think one of them has won the contest..BAM!...the other comes up with something unspeakably ridiculous. POST SCRIPT: Just read that the WBC has created its super cruiser division...have they won the contest? Or does the WBA have something in mind?
