    Pacquiao's has got a lot of solid names on it too...admittedly many of them were past their prime but still great names
    Froch is having a good one too

    Wlad has pretty much beat everybody that is out there and there all #1 contenders or in the top 10 of the world

    So Oscar has a better resume then Pacquiao and Mayweather but them both get rated higher than him :huh

    Holyfield and Oscar . Outside of these it then becomes a could have been. These two fought everybody available and as prime as could be.

    Just having the names in your resume is not enough. He lost to the biggest names in his resume - Mosley twice, Trinidad, Hopkins, Mayweather, Pacquiao
