As a Proud Shrewd Irishman used to post on here 'Plank Smith' will be chopped down anytime he steps up. The lad was a very good judge of boxers and made the statement long before Smith fought Ryder.
You can’t rule it out, as Callum is no push over and can punch. Early pain for Beterbiev required or it’s a long, long hard night for Callum. Beterbiev for me in the later rounds, 7-10 via stoppage. Hope I have it wrong as I am a big fan of the Smith bros. It would be great to see Callum pull it off.

I can't help but think , a week or so away from his 39th birthday, fathertime might just catch up with Beterbiev. Having said that Smiths resume is pretty awful and this wouldn't even be a conversation a few years ago
Going to dissent here, I've no great love for the Smiths and think Beterbiev deserves a chance at undisputed before he hangs them up. I'd usually shout for the Brit but not too fussed this time.
Yeah it'd be a huge upset but I've just got a horrible feeling that this is the fight where Beterbiev loses out to Father time. Maybe I'm being overly pessimistic since it finally looks like there's a chance of the undisputed fight happening so would be typical of boxing if it fell victim to an upset. Like I say mate I really hope I'm wrong.
This is definitely one of them potential father time fights where the feared legend could get caught and taken out a by a pretty able fighter in Smith who has the tools to get the job done. Having said that, gun to head, I'm picking Beterbiev to stick it on him and get the win.
