    Oooo That's a tough one...

I think both are excellent for this moment in their careers but I personally think that Barker is about to get as good as he ever will do. Also, being with Mick Hennessey, in my opinion, probably ensures that Barker won't be given the same oppotunities as Cleverly to prove me wrong.

So, I've gone for Nathan "Maths Degree" Cleverly

clev has been more active, we don't know right now how barker will perform under pressure. could only really answer this question if their respective careers had mirrored each other a bit more.

Both will hold version of a World title with all probability.

Based on them AS OF TODAY; nothing special, either of 'em

Similar standard but Clev is Euro champion so takes the decision.

I think Nathan 'Math-Magician' Cleverly has more potential.

Cleverly...of course. He's got a lot more variety, he can mix up the body punching and to the head. Barker is a nice boxer but he's fought stacks of soft opposition and he's all jab/right-hand. Cleverly has a bit more to his game.

Darren Barker is my favourite current fighter. I wish the crowd would stop that **** song though! Anyway, i just think his career will go like a lot of good fighters in this country, which is sad. If he was American he would be a big name by now, te way they do business over there. He's a quality technician and i just wish he could step it up sometime immediately. I think if maybe a bit of upper body movement were added we'd be seeing something potentially top level. He hasn't had to move his head yet in fairness. Fingers crossed for his career.

    Better fighter ?

I didn't say better fighter in ten years time.......

It's a close one, they both have similar styles..... I think it'd be a classic fight
