Ummmmm............Jackson-Graham is an obvious chocie. The right hand Eubank landed on Reginaldo Dos Santos is beautiful too.

personally i prefer the left hook.ray robinson's KO of gene fullmer is probably the best. walcott's KO of ezzard charles is another.
my dads favoutite was bob foster landing on mike quarry.

What about that punch Shavers put Holmes down with? Holmes getting up and winning the fight seems like a miracle to me...

So many choices...my two nominations (of recent times at least) would be Hearns knocking out Duran with that amazing right hand, and the absolute bomb Jackson landed on Graham.
I'd say Jackson's punch would be my number one choice, if a gun was put to my head.

Derrick Jefferson vs Maurice Harris, both of these guy suck but that was still one hell of a one punch knockout.

    I would say Hearns/Duran.

Jackson/Graham, while a huge KO no doubt, is overrated because it looks brutal. But it was more a result of positioning rather than power. Jackson was going backwards at the time, and it was more of a counter punch.

Hearns' punch was a full body, extended right hand, at the absolute perfect distance. There was a lot more power behind that punch.
