No, that was just a joke. The biggest b.s. I've ever heard is someone saying "there's no such thing as a brutal TKO". That's even worse than people saying "Quitali Quitschko never really lost a fight".

Do you know anyone who would say such ridiculous things?

You can't win a fight by sticking your head outside the ropes when you get cornered??

Norton Vs Ali III was a robbery

Funny how in a robbery thread you always end up with idiots listing some legitimately close fights as "robberies".

Dude, how many times did Rocky get knocked down in that fight? He got his ass kicked. It was a disgrace that it was that close on the cards to begin with. My biggest robbery is Schmeling-Sharkey II.

The biggest robbery I have seen in boxing is Medina vs Tapia.
Medina`s jabs connected Tapia`s face for 12 rounds, but maybe due to
that this was a pre-fight for a bigger event for Tapia, the decision was given to Tapia.

I tried mentioning that fight in the past, but I wasn't sure of the fighters. I had Coggi, but not Gonzalez. Wow, everyone should erase their posts as far as their biggest robbery. Please try to find this fight and see for yourselves. I couldn't find it myself.

Many people might not have seen this, but the first Damaen Kelly-Simone Maldrottu fight was a blatant robbery.

I think the commentators had Kelly winning by 8 or 9 points.

The thing that was really messed up about the whole debacle was that the fight was in Northern Ireland, and the home fighter ended up getting screwed-over. Go figure:huh
