Just got back from Birmingham and had a great time. Me and my brother went to the weigh in on Friday and met Degale, Clev, Brook, Macklin, Chisora and a big shout out to Arnie and Frankie Gavin who shot the breeze with us for a few minutes and were a good laugh :good. There surely arent many other sports where the athletes are as accomodating as Boxing! I thought the event itself was great. Enzo getting knocked out that badly put a blemish on it as the ref or his trainer should have stopped that as soon as Enz got up and was on wobbly legs as we have all seen it before and knew what was going to happen. It was funny when a few lads shouted up to Khan in the sky studio and he turned round only for them to shout "when are you getting knocked out by Maidana again?" :yep Another highlight was seeing Johnny Nelson dancing along to Murats entrance music off camera. Ronnie Heffron looks a real prospect and i'm looking forward to seeing him in Liverpool next month. The big question for me is who has the best man bag out of him and Arnie though???? :hey I also think Chisora boxed very well, i thought Sexton would win so i hold my hands up on that one, heres to more events like that in the future!!!!

I was there last night and really enjoyed it. Got my photo taken with Naz and Robin Reid, 2 sound lads especially Robin Reid who couldn't be more accomodating. David Haye walked pat me i stuck my hand out to shake his hand and he just walked past! Also asked if i could get a photo with him to which his mate stepped in and said he's chilling no photos.... Cheers David, used to really like him but thought that was bad form. Takes 2 seconds for a photo........
I see Robin Reid at most events and he's a top bloke, met him at Calzaghe vs Lacy and he took time out for a chat. I have to say that he and Naz genuinly seem to enjoy chatting with the fans and taking pictures. Haye showed up with his bodyguard and didnt seem to want to speak to anyone. I hope Audley sparks him!
Yeah HAye was a bit of an arrogant get considering we pay a lot of money to see these guys box. Very Dissapointed by his attitude.
