Thing is, Eddie probably thought he got a massive coup over Warren by signing BJS. Still, surely BJS v Smith can be made at some point? There shouldn't be any excuses as to why it can't be made some time in the future.
I appreciate there’s been a lockdown but to many fighters have been inactive for too long. BJS, C Smith, Joshua, Buatsi, Brook, H Fury, Josh Kelly, Conor Benn, Okolie etc just doing very little. Some of whom could easily be matched against each other.
To be honest I'm not sure we will be seeing boxing near the end of the year with the way things are going, hope I'm wrong though.
yeah I think you’re right. These numbers increasing daily and the winter weather likely to further that even more. I just can’t see sporting events being allowed many spectators so most of the top fights/fighters won’t be happening.

I think Eddie must have had serious concerns (as he should have) but decided to take a chance on Billy and as he would put it - he backed himself to turn him around. He got the Youtubers to pay the invoice for his 1 and only fight and he thought he had cracked it by getting GBP to book him for Canelo. Now he is probably stuck with the same situation as Frank was- having to pay Billy a big purse for a rubbish WBO nobody, meanwhile, Billy is such an imbecile, he is likely to go out at any point and film himself abusing an amputee or something.

Well, we are going back in to a form of lockdown, more restrictions, football clubs were hoping to have small crowds, that's been shot down. So I'm going to assume crowds won't be near boxing for a while, you certainly can't plan for a crowd. So what's changed Edward? What about "No Easy Fights"?
