Referee has blood on his hands. Stubborness towards Eubank Sr is why ref kept letting it go on, without concern for Blackwell's welfare

I bet no-one gives credit to Eubank Jnr, Blackwell showed amazing heart and an unreal chin - but Eubank was too quick, too accurate and too good. Hope Blackwell is okay.

With respect, Blackwell's corner could have pulled him out at any point.

Full credit to Jr, I had money on Blackwell but I'm not bitter about it, Jr did what he had to do and it was a very solid performance.

I kind of feel the same. An extension of some of the Blackwell nuthuggers on this site, there was one earlier called double shake who is a good example. So determined that this fight would be 'close' and that Blackwell was a warrior who ought to be allowed to block every punch with his head in order to throw a jab... and I feel the ref felt the same with the pro Blackwell crowd.

I think we sometimes lose sight of just how dangerous boxing is. I hope Blackwell is OK. Definitely a case of being too tough for his own good.

Firstly hope Blackwell is ok. FW must be rubbing his hands at the BJS Eubank beef. Builds up a decent size fight.

Don't know if Eubank was deliberately loose with his defence but why get caught with stupid shots. If he had a touch more power he'd be a tough fight for anybody. Think he beats Saunders in a rematch but loses badly to Golovkin.

No, the ringside anaesthetist has gone with Blackwell to hospital so no more boxing in the arena tonight.

Still quite a few people in the arena though?

I'm surprised pro punter hasn't yet arrived on this thread to blame matchr0om or box nation for this.

    It does suck though...
