So now the fight is getting close...thoughts on the winner?

I still think if the fight goes more than 5 rounds Bob will win however Hoppa has some chance to KO Bob early if he gets a few shots flush on the chin in a row.....dont think Hoppa can win on points.

    Bob ko round 9

I think you'd have to go back as far as Bugner v Cervi to find an Australian Heavyweight fight that will capture the public's imagination as much as this one.

Agreed. Pity it's not Les. But this ought to be a good match-up.

Heard a recorded interview with Big Bob about the Hoppa bout and what's in the pipeline for him.

Just as well he fights better than he communicates!

Was an absolute burble about ....how I'm gunna smash him and do this and do that....and smash all these ex rugby boys one by one, etc, etc. Barely able to comprehend what he was saying!

But I hope he does smash 'em too!

I agree.I think hoppa is the more explosive fighter and we all know Bobs isnt the hardest to hit.

    Hoppa by round 4 tko.

I also heard that Hoppa is going to unleash his old finishing move from his Tiger days on Fenech after the he ko's Big Bob.

    I think it's a genuine 50/50.

If Big Bob survives the first 4rds then he wins, if not it's a Hoppa KO.
