I would like to become a more effective body puncher, because body shots really hurt and noone goes to the body anymore. My problem is that it takes SO much energy for me crouch down and attack with proper form. For whatever reason that really gasses me. So what exercises or lifts can I do that will make that easier for me bend down like that?

I won't recommend any lifts. Just practice on the bag, work your technique in shadow boxing and perfect it on the pads.

Remember, your style is natural. So, you may be more of an outboxer than a body puncher (hypothetical). It's always good to improve in all areas, but don't forget your natural inclination.
