boxers rythm

    That's why the pressure fighter can have loads of success. Their rhythm is so up tempo that you better make them fight to your rhythm because most likely you cant fight to theirs.

    I was always taught "rhythm" was something to avoid. Anything that's predictable will get you punched, and I spend a time trying to not fall in a rhythm at all.

    In a perfect world, I would have no rhythm, and be totally unpredictable.

    i was watching a fighter that was completely unpredictable the other day
    he'd be on the back foot then jump throwing wild punches dead scrappy then start using his head on the inside in both ways
    he had about 9 different styles

    unlucky for him the lad he was fightin was better than him at everyone and he lost
