I am in the process of creating a documentary film profiling a boxers career and life, and as a part of research to prepare for my pitch, I would like to request all of your help. If you could just inform me of whether you would be interested in watching some a film, if so why? Why not? What would you like to see in the documentary? What you wouldn't? Are you asking what sort of documentary we would like or what the subject matter should be? A documentary about Johnny Greaves would be good. Showing the nature of the sport from the bottom up. I think he works as a plasterer by day but will fight at 24 hours notice pretty much anywhere in the country against some of the best prospects of the moment. He also showboats and tries to enjoy it makes it entertaining. Bit of a crazy lifestyle. But would make for interesting viewing.
I would be interested on how small hall promoters make shows and also show 3 types of fighter a Journeyman pro a contender and a champ who all use the same gym just to see the difference in attitude and preparation
