    Have you guys heard of boxing fat? Special fat that boxers carry that has special physiological properties?

    Fat is crucial to athletes, if I could choose a lb of muscle or 2 lbs of fat I'd go for 2lbs of fat.

    Yeah, all fat people are extremely explosive and quick off the mark, take butterbean for example. It's just my opinion, but I know that I'd rather carry substantial athletic fat and sacrifice stamina than have a low body fat and be a decent all rounder!
