To any boxing managers out there. What is the criteria for you to represent a fighter. Trying to find out as much as I can from the managers point of view.
i'd say the biggest thing is to understand how the sport actually works. like the inner workings and politics of the sport and don't become selfish when managing a man that is getting into the ring and risking his health. i'd say knowledge of the sport is paramount because you can't just kid someone up and start arranging fights because you decided you wanted to start doing it at the drop of a hat. being well educated is also handy so you don't get done over by shrewd characters and good communiction skills is also key, so is strategic planning, and work out what licenses you must get aswell.
