I took out a subscription as I get it every week and I liked the idea of the free kronk t shirt. However I was supposed to get this weeks as my first issue and today, nothing haas arrived. My question is, if you subscribe, when does yours usually turn up? Thanks.
Had everyone on a Thursday apart from the Klitshcko Adamek that come two weeks late for some strange reason
I had a problem receiving them for a few weeks last year. Sent them an e-mail and after that they've arrived every Thursday. Their customer service is pretty good. I'd give it until tomorrow and if you've not received it just e-mail them and ask if it was sent etc.
A lot of publishers will use a 'hand delivery' service in cities This is cheaper than Royal Mail but not as good If you complained they likely just switched you back to Royal Mail
I dunno what the score was tbh. They were arriving fine for the first few months then one week it didn't arrive at all, and then the following week's issue arrived - a week late. I mentioned I wasn't receiving them and they sent me the issue that was missed along with my regular subscription and everything has arrived on a timely fashion since. I wouldn't hand deliver anything in Paisley tbh. Too much of a risk of junkies attacking you looking for giro cheques.
