    What happened to boxing on BET?

    I was watching B Hopkins v Wayne Powell.

    I enjoyed their commentary for the short fight and good pre and post fight talk, i liked it more than HBO, why did they take boxing off this channel?

    they cut it from the budget to make way for all the rehashed reality shows that were originally about white people.

    Not at all. I actually think black people are one of the larger parts to the American boxing fanbase. With Hispanics ahead, then white people, and then Filipinos until Manny retires.

    What happened to boxing on USA? What happened to boxing on Versus? They cut it out because it doesn't get great ratings compared to how much it costs.

    honestly...i aint being a dick but all the black folks i know could give two shits about boxing.....even my friend that fights and i train hardly watches boxing....he doesn't know anything about the sport...but he watches the nba and nfl faithfully

    this statement is far from the truth..."black people" sports are football, basketball, and boxing. we typically only follow bigger fighters because the smaller classes are alot of foreigners
