I agree with everything other than Cotto being king, Mayweather is still and will always be the better fighter out of the two of them, Mayweather over Cotto by 10th round TKO.
Mayweather is going to lose his P4P status next year.. by that time Cotto would have cleaned out the welterweight division and will emerge the true king of the welters. I see floyd retiring after the Hatton and DLH rematches.
He will beat both men easily, Cotto will give him a tough fight early, by the mid to late rounds Mayweather will start picking off Cotto on the way in, which will eventually lead to a knock down and then knockout/TKO, Mayweather/Cotto will happen sometime in 09.
Have faith Shane, Mayweathers WWE bull**** is only temporary, he will beat Oscar again for the big money, maybe Hatton, then Cotto. The match will happen in 09, the only way it doesnt happen is if he loses to Oscar or Hatton, but I dont see either happening.
Risk/reward. Hatton was noy likely to get hurt or in a war with Mayweather and was going to get a big payday. Also losing to the p4p number 1 in the sport is not going to hurt your reputation as losing to Witter will.
