Most votes were from America... None of my friends knew about MMA till recently. There was a small clip about the world of MMA and it was shown as a sport where the objective is to break bones, make em bleed, knock em out and kill them.

Boxing will always be number one, polls or no polls. Boxing has many stars not just one. One falls and another rises. The only thing UFC is doing great is marketing, which has gotten a lot of attention. The way they portray their fighters as vicious warriors that leave it all inside the cage. I attended UFC 118 and trust me their was more boos than cheers. Boxing just has to market itself better, to many cocky selfish guys in the boxing business. Even as they lie to the public that boxing is falling it still performing very well even better than MMA events. Lesnar just lost, lets see what happens now.

Because the poll was targeting WWE fans?
