    Say whatever you want, you can always claim your wifi has been accessed and used without your knowledge even if he does try and subpoena you via your ISP.

    He will probably just get the thread deleted if truth be known.

    Can't imagine anyone suing over a forum thread! Look at the Yahoo! message board, you get some of the most racist, cold, evil, ******ed, egotistical comments on there and no-one does anything!

    I doubt you'll get in trouble!

    just make a thread saying its about a prominent British promoter. Everyone will know who you mean and you wont have said any names so therefore cant be sued.

    It was reported on the news a few years back that many guests at a top restuarant become ill. One guest happened to be a boxing promoter.

    I did a thread about it and got a 7 day ban.
