Im starting to get back into boxing and hoping to fight eventually, at the minute im just looking to have fun and get ultra fit, I have built my own gym so have access to all the equipment does anyone know where I can get a fitness plan involving mainly boxing drills that can get me ultra fit or know anything good to incorporate into a routine? Any advice will be great

at home i starting doing bodyweight exercises for 3 mins and rest for 1. trying to replicate a round of boxing. id do 6 exercises each for 30 seconds. it would look something like this:

    1 - press ups
    2 - jump squats
    3 - v sit ups
    4 - burpees
    5 - dorset raises
    6 - squat thrusts

rest for a min and repeat / mix it up with diff exercises. see how many rounds you can do.

If you have an iphone there is good timer apps that will beep at you every 30 secs so you know when to change.
