BoxNation said its Maestros fault not theirs. Maestro doesn't allow recurring transactions or something like that.
Well I've emailed these ****s to try and sort out some other way of suscribing, but they haven't replied. Bloody Paywizard. :-(
They have already replied to me; Thanks for contacting BoxNation The only way of subscribing for BoxNation is online via the BoxNation website and paying for the service using Pay Wizard. The only method of payment is Visa, Mastercard or JCB. But please continue to visit the BoxNation website as we may have new ways to subscribe in the future. Thanks BoxNation. What can you do?, you could not make this **** up. I hope they suceed with the channel, but it's not a good start when they won't accept a form of payment everyone else has no problem with.
Holy ****. I'm missing out on Boxnation because they use some **** shithouse called PayWizard. Unbelievable. I hope they fail.
Nope it's not PayWizard to blame I signed up to them with Maestro no problem, its Boxnation that won't accept Maestro as a payment method.
Maestro has no problem with recurring transactions up untill the point that the card expires. Then at that point you have to update your account as you should have been issued with a new card.
I was just about to suggest that , just bung one of your pals with a visa 60 brick and sort it out that way Ad , i gotta say it would have been far easier to have had a telephone # to call .
They will have to set up a paywizzad account to do it though ( if they don't already have one ) that is . hassle i agree .
Just give them 50 quid for the 6 months or a tenner a month if they don't mind that.In the mean time look at getting yourself a Visa card for the next payment.
