Indeed. Boxrec rankings are usually close but than they have somebody in there that makes your say "WTF". I don't know what their formula is but they have ****ing Jimmy Bivins (whoever the hell that is) ranked as the 4th best heavyweight of all time.
That is actually pretty good, much better than Ring having Nonito Donaire ranked 4th. I don't get their ranking system though. Audley Harrison is a three star heavyweight, but Michael Grant is a 4 star? At least Audley did win a European title recently, what the **** has Michael Grant done since getting beat by Dominick Guinn?

Jimmy Bivins at fourth, crazy I know but he was a great fighter. Double HOFer with a knockout victory over Archie Moore, a knockout win over HOFer Lloyd Marshall, and a decision win over Ezzard Charles and Joey Maxim. He's definitely a somebody anyway.
I believe the Pac-Man is not only the best P4P but should be granted a dual citizenship to the USA ,So we can final say we have a boxing star again .Manny is truly the #1 P4P in boxing.Floyd retired.He has to start at the bottom now!
