he is, there is no doubt about it.

Pricing himself out, whatever, this is his biggest fight and biggest oppertunity, and he knows he cant win, hence "pricing himself out"

Sure sounds that way, cant understand him.I do think that Khan would win but its a close call and Bradley is in with a massive chance. He aint going to make that kind of money anywhere else.

He's negotiating. I dont think any world class fighter would duck Amir Khan.
Chance to make elite money off fighting a non elite fighter(albeit a good one)

Bradley's not ducking. If he's not taking on this fight right now, it'll be for financial reasons. Bradley will fight Khan at some point.

People think a 50/50 split is as simple as Khan gets 50%, Bradley gets 50%. It's not.

It's looking likely to be Tim Bradley's last fight with Gary Shaw and hence Mr Shaw (no High) is using every trick in the book to get as much out of Timmy (or Thomas?) as possible. So Bradley would probably only end up with something like 30%. Which is hardly fair. So he needs to sort that out or will seek to get a bigger slice of the fight so he earns the same as Khan.

    It's just boxing politics, bollocks.

It's as simple as Khan's side get 50%, and Bradley's side get 50%. Whatever arrangements Bradley has on his side in distributing that 50%, is his problem. He can't expect Khan's lot to say..... "Okay, Timmy. No problem. We'll take a huge cut out of our earnings so you can make an amount you're happy with.

I think Timmy realises this, which is why he's probably saving the Khan fight for when he's under a better promotional contract.

    Great point, Rico.

If he loses against Amir, this could have serious damage to any future contracts with big promoters. I assume they would offer him a substancially less pay-day for each of his contracted fights and he'd be on the side of a lot of negatives.

Very good point you made there.

    :deal this.

Bradley would kill Khan imho opinion bradley should get a higher purse than Khan as he is ranked higher and has more titles.

If Khan thinks he can dictate to Bradley he will be sadly mistaken.Bradley doesn't need Khan,he's doing quite well without him and is more respected than the ****.
