Great to see Brian exposed after all the mouthing off he has done in the build up to this fight. Won 3-4 rounds vs. Macoel was given a gift decision and still said Andrade was the weakest chsmpion and not as hood as he thinks he is. Hopefilly he can go back to the drawing board and have a bit more respect.

Andrade had already dominated guys like Grady Brewer and Freddy Hernandez who are at the least on Rose's level. Vanes is a guy who would give anyone at the weoght trouble. I have said many times on here that Rose is not a top 15 light middle probably not even top 20 tbh and in my opinion Andrade is clearly a top 5 fighter
I think if he has a few domestic level fights the Brook fight could be there over the next 18 months which he could be competative, especially if it goes past 6, in but probably lose. I think quite a few have looked at this fight from the wrong angle. Instead of pointing out that Andrade had a lot of trouble with Vains they should have looked at Rose's trouble with Maciel (who isn't as good as Vanes and who most felt beat Rose). With this upcoming Porter vs. Brook fight I am reading a lit of comments from people saying things like "Porter is going to realise Brook isn't Malinaggi or Alexander" both of whom Porter beat without any problems. What they should also be thinking is Porter is a lot better than Senchenko and Jones, who are both a level or two below Alexander and Malinaggi and who both had Brook badly hurt.
I think whatever his original gameplan was disappeared after he was knocked down in like 40 seconds. After that, he seemed to just take shots and look for a single big right hand KO punch.... which might have worked were it not for the fact Rose is feather fisted.
Agreed. I think they should try and get him in with Lee. Granted, Rose will lose but it'll be a nice payday and a fight which should sell well. Rose is never going to be a world champion so they might as well try and get the possible money fights made whilst they can. He's still got a career at Euro level though.
