    There's a few Scottish trainers. Most notably of the most famous boxer to have ever lived, Ronnie Clark.

    It's not perfect but they're not that bad, obviously not for elite athletes. Certainly a lot worse things for off days, just drain some sauce from the beans and have it with whole meal bread haha.

    Gavin should be a weight lighter though.

    Theirs coops camp (shaun Cooper) has a website. Or in Wednesbury Errol Johnson his a manager and promoter. Has all sorts of fighters prospects and joureymen. If your on Facebook try Paul Mann he works alongside Errol.
