Standing up, Fedor does couple of wild swings and hits Lesnar on the button. Lesnar rushes in to take him down and does. Fedor takes full guard then after couple of failed armed bar attempts and works around to take Lesnars back and RNCs him.

Yeah, as above. I think Brock's pure power and takedown ability will make it hard for Fedor, but Brock won't be able to hold Fedor down there, too calm under pressure and the second Brock leaves the slighest opening, he's ****ed.

Though the longer they leave this fight, the more experience Brock gets and the older Fedor gets, it could change.

Lesnar is a rookie compared with fedor, who is a proven cold blooded animal in the ring.

Fedor by armbar or choke within about 90 seconds.

How old is Fedor? I think that Brock has a chance. The man is huge and getting better since his last loss. I still favor Fedor but I do think he's past his prime and this could be a possible upset in the making. Fedor is good standing up or on the ground which will make it a tough fight for both fighters.

Standing up Fedor would KO Brock easily.

He's actually only a year older than Brock. Yea I think Fedor is not at his peak right now also but you can't expect Fedor to rule a HW division for 10 years... than again he's already 6 years in.

Fedor by KO, Submission or even GnP - take your pick there all quite possible.

Lesnars suvvess in the UFC kind of shows a serious lack of depth in MMA and strength in depth can only be achieved over time.

Now that Brock has beaten Mir in a rematch does anyone think that he has a chance at defeating Fedor?

You guys should watch the fight between the heavy samoan Hunt and Fedor first before commenting on this one. Weight and strength are huge factors in mma, especially on the ground. Lesnar definetely has a chance to score an upset as he's very heavy and very strong.
