The only guy I see beating Broner is Amir Khan. That's because Broner and Judah have similar styles, and while Broner is better right now, you hav to look at the complete dominance Khan showed against Judah. It was a 5-round demolition. Matthysse is extremely overhyped on this forum. He barely beat Zab Judah (by one point on my card): how is he gonna beat Adrien Broner, who is significantly better than Judah?
At this moment in time Matthysse Broner needs to tighten up his defence and improve his footwork can't see Mattysse having much problem finding Broner right now and we have no real idea how his chin is or if his power will fully carry on at 140. But in the future if he keeps improving you never know.
Never said it was a soft touch, but it's definitely a more winnable fight for Broner than Garcia or Matthysse.

Matthyse goes 12 with Alexander/Shot Zab Judah. You can clearly see what happens when you put him in there with people with a pulse and knows how to box Broner is a brilliant boxer with insane punching power. Matthyse doesn't see the 12th. Goes down and out. He got tagged a few times yesterday, but it was his strategy all along and he was never stunned. Matthyse better stay the hell away from this man.
