It was supposed to be a big deal wasn't it outdoor venue big night of boxin and all that. So far Matthews-Coyle which is ok and Campbell in a 6 rounder. Needs some serious improvement to that
It could be brilliant with it outdoor and what not, but needs at least another solid addition. If it's just Brook and a load of the standard Matchroom undercard then I'll be pissed off :think
Jones is someone brook should have beaten easy first time around So far we are yet to see this new and improved brook , esp since he has sorted out his diet and condtioning
Cant see this happening its been at least four weeks since Kell had an injury so he must be due for another one soon, maybe tennis elbow this time or a broken nail.
dont see the point of having this fight again. brooks in danger of stagnating again under hearn like he was with wazza. maybe its not the promoters fault and its brook himself.
The card from the start was set up as a showcase for Campbell and to the non boxing fans as an event for hull to come out for. I can't rember any big promises for big fights on this card despite ot being in a stadium which was the only option as the indoor arena is to small . The brook fight with Jones is probably the most interesting fight for him as a keep busy fight and to see if he can deal with him better this time. If he was fighting an unknown argie people would be saying he should be fighting Jones.I would like to see him in with Diaz in september though.
Brook SHOULD beat him easier this time around, if he struggles with Jones again then there's really no hope for him on the world stage.
Dont see why we need this one again. Jones was a decent fighter but surely Kell should be looking at higher level comp if he doesnt beat jones well 2nd time around he really has gone no where and this talk about beaing better than kahn etc is nonsense
