I'm quite happy that these are the two best guys never to win a title. Others will feel differently, but indulge me and match these two up. I'll put them in at a limit of 158lbs, but you can have Langford weighing in a bit higher if you feel it's important; nobody seemed to care what these boys weighed half of the time anyway.
