This guy aint an athlete! he is a "Taco Addict" with a Dirty Mouth. He needs to be at light heavy or just give up boxing. He has talent but no discipline..with his mouth when he is speaking and of course EATING... Errol Chin
Again, you don't have to sign your comments, because we just look slightly to the left and see who is making them. It's really very simple. Pongsaklek Wonjongkam gets it.
The guy who was not an athlete went 10 round with a very good fighter and didn't embarass himself. Yes, he needs to lose some weight. But he certainly doesn't need to take advice from the like of you. Pointless Thread. Fail.
Its a comment board and i made a comment, so... what Haye said was right half the heavy weights currently out there are a disgrace to the sport, roadwork never hurt anyone.... BTW Areola came in at 113kgwith Adamek coming in at 98kg, so as far as not embarrasing himself...he had a 15kg weight advantage against a small heavyweight. (signed) Errol Chin
LH you obviously dont know about training or getting in boxing shape, yey he is over weight but 220 would be the lightest he could get down too and still be effective its obvious he is naturally a much bigger guy than Adamek, who was a solid 217. Arreolas best fighting weight would be around 230.
He's best served dropping to the low to mid 230's, high 220's at best but LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT!? are you serious? He's a big guy who maybe could barely make cruiser but not 25 pounds less than that. He's not like Haye or Adamek who fought at lower weights as pros before moving up to heavy. He fought at lhw as an amateur before his frame became that of a heavyweight and then the excess weight came with his bad habits. I'm sure glad you don't manage him(TS)....he'd be in worse shape at lhw than Chris Byrd was and he is considerably bigger than Byrd. He isn't just a big ball of flab, he has a heavyweight frame underneath those rolls that is best suited to the weight range I described above. He'll never be body beautiful....most Mexican fighters above 154 are never super cut but not necessarily out of shape. And for being so roly poly Chris' stamina is far better than say an Adonis looking heavy like Travis Walker.
The talk about Arreola being a good 250 was a joke. I've never seen him look so ****ing fat before. If Arreola was the same as Adamek, he would be the same size. If Arreola was not so fat he wouldn't have been so flat footed and gassed. He would have spanked Adamek's ass.
He never gassed because he never truly slowed down. Adamek just flat out outboxed him and made him miss. He lacked the power to back Chris up but it was enough to prevent him from going kamikaze. Chris lost to a smart fighter with underrated chin, a solid strategy, and excellent stamina. Any fighter than can outmaneuver him like that, take the odd hard shot he lands and resists the urge to stand and trade even when their making him look stupid beats Arreola. But even Adamek himself stated it wasn't exactly easy.
No offense, but how many times have you competed? I know what a tired fighter looks like. He was stopping center ring and putting his hands on his hips. That wasn't just frustration, that was catching a blow. Go back and check his output.
