I would suspect as much. In for a penny, in for a pound- I would have a hard time thinking a fighter who was OK taking any PED wouldn't stack a selection of them to balance out the attributes they were looking to improve. I'm sure some do, but when you see a number of qualities changing, it's a red flag. That's why the guys like Memo make the big bucks- it's not just supplying them with one thing, it's balancing the diet, so to speak. Like a nutritionist on steroids, for steroids. The other irony is that, for most of his career, I think Povetkin could've been a clean fighter. The one thing he popped for is the one that was legal up to this year, and his physique didn't even really change until recently- after the Klitschko loss is when I would start really being suspicious.
Given the circumstances, there's at least a decent chance of a screw job, but nobody working with Memo is ever really "clean" IMO.
