Bute is overrated

in the second Andrade fight and the second Hopkins fight, both Bute and Pascal teams lost the purse bids and both times GBP decide to make the fight in Canada!!!

That is straight facts. If they felt they would get robbed they would not have make this decision. So why hate Pascal and Bute to fight where the money is and where everyone feel they can get a fair decision from the ref/judges?

Why is questioning Butes resume trolling. His resume is very weak. Any decent fighter will look great fighting bums.

 

I'm from Montreal & think that Bute is way too hypped: this guy will crawl on the floor when he'll meet real opposition.
It's kind of easy to come out of a fight with cute face & look like #1 when you don't fight the best...

Being from Montreal doesn't make your opinion better because you don't like Bute. Mine is not worse because I like him.

I'm from LaSalle which is part of Montreal. I've been following Bute's carreer since the beginning. He's really good and technically sound. But.. he has yet to fight a LEGIT top 5 fighter. His punch resistance also seems a little low compared to his fellow Montrealer Pascal. But don't take that as disrespect. I'm only giving my opinion. No need to to get on your high horse or call me a hater. When Bute fights I wish him victory. But the Berrio fight he barely got hit and he had a huge swelling over his eyes. He's also very careful not to engage.

I think he's good but I don't understand the fact that grown french speaking Quebecers come here and defend him ON EVERY god damn thread that questions his skills or resume. Are you guys that insecure? It's systematic: if one poster says something negative about Bute you've got the french connection coming with guns blazing defending their hero with a devotion that I can only find scary.
