now he's praying johnson beats bute so he doesn't have to fight him

Dan Rafael said anyone who believes Kessler was offered $3.5 million to fight Bute doesn't know boxing.

One thing is sure is that Kessler would have made more money fighting Bute!

So Kessler is a business man now.
So why didn't he take the fight if he think Bute is no match for Johnson?! :huh

I'd love if Kessler will show us the whole offer (full package) that he recived from Interbox... just to make an idea about how much a Danish krone's worth. We saw Pavlik's "peanuts" , let's see Kessler's "Danish Krone" to.

Because the offer was not reasonable.

Why would he take a 30 or 40% cut if he was to travel?

Why would he bet on Johnson after spits on millions? What's the logics? And by the way, don't forget they never replied to two offers.

    I can't call Kessler a champ anymore.

He's saying that Bute is a bum but he's letting Johnson gets all the glory for only 400 000$ when he could get millions.

    This is a DUCK. D-D-D-DUCK

And from those who know me on french boxing forum, I've been very hard on Bute's team on the last year. But let's face it, when someone is ducking, every excuse are good.

He never said he'd place a bet. He just said he believes Johnson will win.

Or maybe he'll have some more leverage when bringing a belt to the negotiating table.

But Bute is a more dangerous fight than Stieglitz. Particularly in Canada.
