Ducking doesn't only mean you're afraid. If it was, there would be very little ducking in boxing because the fighters believe in themselves.

Kessler chose to fight a guy that was KO'ed by 2 of Bute's victims Berio and Andrade! End of Story! Kessler also bailed out of the S6 because is afraid of more loses. Kessler is a limited fighter that has problems against skilled boxers.

 

Stieglitz most recently beat Balzsay who handed Lucy easily in their amateur days.. Lucy got KO´d by Andrade as well. Stieglitz got stopped on his feet. Lucy is 1-1 with Andrade, Stieglitz is 1-1 with Berrio.. Stieglitz agreed to fight Kessler, Lucy wanted none of it..

Why do you still deny that known ducker disgrace Lucy just didn´t want to fight? like hes always made ridiculous excuses and ducked out whenever a meaningful fight was on the horizon troughout his career. how can you defend that cowardly disgrace who only wants to his his paper belt to rip you fools off in Montreal with showcase fights against semi pro opposition?
then he "offered" the Viking warrior something as ridiculous as 700k (-40% promoter-, 10% trainer share, camp etc) when showtime alone was willing to pay 2 millions+montreal ppv+20.000 seat arena etc. how can you defend that disgraceful behavior? Lucy just pulled yet another duckjob no more no less..
