it was a link to a romania internet site if I remember, I saw it, but didnt kept the address. But I didnt see it anywhere else.

This kind of things are really frustrating. By letting rumors speak in their stead, Interbox gave a reason for Pavlik to refuse his fight.

oh....well if kessler says so...it must be true.....

why not reveal the offer if it was so insulting?

Maybe if someone asked him some details about what he calls a very bad offer, we would have some numbers to discuss of?

Things like this come down to one person's word vs another.

The fan-boys of each fighter beleive their own man.

As a neutral person I tend to sway towards the Iron Chinned road warrior Mikkel Kessler, a guy who has fought the best of the best for years, travels to his opponents back-yards and has never ducked anybody.

The Bute fans need to take a step back and just think for a second.

pretty shitty interview , considering the one follow up question that had relevance was not asked..... " well what was the offer team Bute gave you?"

After the Pavlik drama, Bédard said he offered more money to Pavlik than to Kessler.

I understand your point. Now, how do you explain that:
1- Kessler train for a righty even before saying no to the offer?
2- Kessler never send an offer to Bute?
3- Gives so much money to Steiglitz and accept a worst payday?

Again, I dont really know what happened, so I'm not saying Kessler duck Bute. But in the same time, why he didnt say "we had other plans for now and this long term plans we have make us want to fight Steiglitz first". Instead he is saying Bute is ducking him when his actions showed that even if not ducking Bute, he didnt want to fight Bute in the fall either.

exactly! Was it something like 1 Danish Krone? 2? Nothing wrong in asking since the fight was not made. Kessler could have refused to answer if he thought it wasn't his place to answer that question.

On another note though. How are we sure that it was Kessler who was interviewed and not some Danish pr? Because last time Jenna interviewed Lucian Bute well ... it wasn't Lucian Bute. :yep (no banning)

Kessler is making less fighting Stieglitz than he would have fighting Bute. Sauerland is the one protecting his investment by not putting Kessler up against Bute right now. He wants to monetize his man that's only been with them since right before the S6. This is not the case of Interbox not wanting the fight.

I always like to think that life fixes things in the end, it's called karma. I would love for Stieglitz to cause the major upset just to **** with Sauerland's plans....:hey The Sauerlands are the Don Kings of Europe...

Interbox had tried again to pursue Kessler once Pavlik said no, even if Team Kessler never had the decency to return one single phone call after their visit to Montreal in March.

People can talk all they want but the truth is that INTERBOX and Team Bute were only given 1 single offer to fight since they became champs...and that offer came from HENNESSY (Team Froch) to fight in Nottingham in 2009. It was an offer they accepted only to back off at the last minute so that Bute could shut the critics by stepping in the ring with Andrade again in order to set the record straight once and for all.

Bottom line, if you have any bit of a 6th sense, you know Kessler's team preferred to back off from fighting Bute. Everything and I mean everything points in that direction, except if you refuse to see it.....
