Calzaghe would maintain distance and outpoint Bute without too much difficulty. He was a smart fighter. He wouldn't put himself in range for the uppercut.

Well, that's an opinion based on something real. Not sure Calzaghe would stay outside though, he was rushing his opponents in all his fights. More, you say he would outpoint him easily. I'm not sure of that part. It wasn't easy against Kessler, it wasn't easy against Hopkins. When Calzaghe faced skilled fighters, he found a way to win but that wasn't easy.

ok, im tiered of hearing the same thing over and over , and using the bute andrade first fight as an example. bute was seriously sick during his training doctors even advise to not fight well he did anyways and led the hole fight, check score cards, he got really tired at the end because he got carried away by the crowd and went punch for punch with andrade witch is not his style.

now that is said... take the second match between them and that is how bute fights, reads his opponents for a few rounds (did not happen in second fight because he already new andrade's style) and then takes them out of their comfort zone and destroys them with flurry of puncher or deadly body blow and add some uppercuts and their is the bute recipe

Calzaghe was not even able to knock Jones Jr. He got one KO in his 7 last fights.

Of course, he would ko Bute early. All the facts are on your side.

That was old Joe with brittle hands, in his prime, he could have possibly knocked him out.

LOL @ you Calzaghe fans wetting your panties because someone said Bute has a better chin.

Bute has only been dropped once due to accumulation in his pro career, Joe has been dropped like what?...4-5 times from one punch early in a fight.

    Difference between stamina and chin.
