today im not sure why, maybe its because i wasn't wearing compression tights underneath my shorts like i always do but my right calf started to cramp and give out and it really ****ed with my movement.

anybody know a fix? When i finally have a fight i don't want my calf to give out on me. I'm sure they don't let you wear compression tights during an acual fight :patsch

Stretching is all you can really do besides drinking more water.

Make sure you are hydrated and have plenty of potassium (bananas), try to stretch out out good but not by pointing your toe - the other way, against a wall.

I've been plagued with them all my life. No surefire way to prevent them in tense tiptoe moments.

i wouldn't start with the mind games about wear compression tights & getting cramps when not wearing them, put it down to being a coincidence ,,you should be drinking minimum 2 pint of water per day
