It won't be anybody worth getting excited about. It'll be some obscure ranked challenger (I'm sure the WBA can take care of that no bother) a routine defence to blow the cobwebs off. Ho-hum.
Wouldn’t surprise me to see someone like Truax, Monroe Jr or Wade appear in the WBA rankings in the next month then get announced. Or someone like Mike Lee dropping down a weight to fight him. Failing that it will be a tune up fighting someone like Jayde Mitchell or Julio Alamos before fighting the Ryder/ Lemieux winner in September time
Id guess Lennox Allen, the WBA Gold Champion. Lives in New York, co-promoted by Greg Cohen who also co-promotes Miller. Its only going to be a tuneup. Ryder/Lemieux winner end of summer, then a big fight end of year
It'll be a routine easy first defence. He's fighting in June probably on the undercard of Joshua Miller which is about 8 weeks away? Do you think they're going to announce a big unification fight with Plant to be on an undercard that's only 8 weeks away?
That will headline its own show, and if it's in the UK (unlikely in the current climate) they will probably turn it into a PPV. Think he's also a Haymon fighter.
