Calorie free sports drinks?

    like powerade zero and such have no sugar and no calories (3 per bottle) i was wondering are they usefull in trying to lose weight? from experience
    And how healthy are they?

    yup that is the best.
    Just had one of these zero cal energy drinks and feel bloated and kinda gassy already.......
    My body answered the question itself

    It's calorie free so can't make you gain weight so its like water. Can't be bad for you

    Waste of money and time. As already said drink water and stay hydrated when you work out. 'Energy' drinks do very little other than act as placebo and put money in the Sports Companys pocket. I mean Powerade with no sugar and no calories? Reeeeeally? They saw you coming b....
