He knows he lost that first fight and if it wasn't for bias Chuck Giampa who doesn't like B-Hop, he gets that decision. Calzaghe's back is against the wall now and he knows if he doesn't give B-Hop a rematch his gullible fans are gonna look at him differently. So all you Calzaghe fans better enjoy his short fame for now, cause when he fights B-Hop again, he's gonna get his ass whooped even worst than the first time and deep down, he knows there's bigger chance he'll lose, that's why his ass don't wanna give Hopkins a rematch.

as soon as you posted the title you lost all credibility.

what you wrote after wasn't important.

If Hopkins came to fight instead of hugging he would have lost clearly. You can not blame Calzaghe and a second fight is meaningless.

BORING, you must be ****ing blind if you think hopkins was robbed, it was close yes, but Calzaghe won fair and square. it makes calzaghe's win ten times better seeing how hopkins came back to dominate Pavlik

There's no reason for a rematch. Styles make fights. Calzaghe v. Hopkins was just not a crowd pleasing fight based on the styles of the fighters. Calzaghe is very unpredictable and throws punches from all angles. Hopkins couldn't neutralize any one particular weapon - ala Trinidad's left hook or Pavlik's right. Calzaghe tired out Hopkins and Hopkins employed the only tactics he felt would work. And it was Hopkins who made the fight almost unwatchable, in my opinion. You can't assume that the Hopkins who dismantled Pavlik would do the same to Calzaghe if there was a rematch. Hopkins had his opportunity, and he failed to capitalize. That's on him.

actually there's a case for hopkins or calzaghe in the fight depending how you scored it.

calzaghe's win isn't elevated because he beat pavlik, and still in the big scheme of things calzaghe didn't get big rep points for beating him.
