Shommel is really a terrible poster, which sounds harsh, as he means well, but this **** is just ridiculous. He seems to have a grasp on boxing about as firmly as a 10 year old would.
Hagler was always more consistent and top notch than Hector. Hector lost to most of the ATGs he fought who were near prime. To say he can beat Hagler because he can box does not mean that much. Leonard fought and beat better guys than Camacho. That is why Ray beat Hagler. He was a greater fighter than Hector.
At middleweight? No way? By the time Camacho was a middleweight he was way past his prime and a backpeddling defensive fighter which wouldnt work at all with Hagler,an all time great champion at middleweight who IMO would shut Camacho out or stop him in the mid to late rounds by referee's stoppage.
No. Camacho has a hell of a chin. Hagler drops Camacho three times but Camacho is still standing at the final bell. 150-132 on all three scorecards.
