Canelo has lots of controversial judge decisions, Usyk hasn't. Usyk dominates all of his opponents. Canelo has sin city Vegas and is host of all of his fights. Usyk fights everytime, everywhere. He beats his opponents in front of hundreds of his opponents' fans. Canelo fights old guys, European bums and makes cherrypicking. Usyk fights everyone. He doesn't care about prime or past-prime opponents. Canelo makes rehydration clauses and short camps on his opponents, Usyk doesn't. Canelo loads his gloves, Usyk doesn't. Usyk is 10x fighter than Canelo in my book.

Canelo as good as he is.. he is a proven drug cheat and fighters from that gym or associated with that gym have also been popped. Canelo will always have that against him, he will always be stained after he failed that test.
Canelo is not a fighter he's a manufactured product. The guy is a weight jumping cherrypicking, drug taking, match fixing, card stacking ginger. Anyone who is a fan of his is not a fan of boxing and real 50-50, prime for prime fights. It triggers me greatly that so many people lick Canelos ass and lap up the bs narrative that's been built up as him as p4p 1. I knew people were stupid but that many people stupid enough to fall for that bs.. Quite frankly embarassing
Top 10 opponents beaten, success at different weights, former titlists faced, time spent ranked, etc etc those numbers are interesting. The pro-Usyk argument is easier made by and focuses on points that do not involve between the ropes compared to the argument for Canelo. The more I think about it, the more I see how favorably Kazuto Ioka stacks up to both them!
And suddenly the cruiserweight and heavyweight division Usyk fought in are the most talented and skilled in the history of boxing. Lol
Mighty’s opening post comprehensively covered what I think. Usyk takes everything as it comes, no tantrums like the “chosen one” and his stacked deck. Alvarez’ recent run of opponents have been a sorry lot, the reluctant Turk and the 3 Brits, brandishing their manufactured alphabet trinkets. It appears Plant, is another no hoper, with an unbeaten record containing no one of note, but who cares, history will be made!
