Very good post. I think Gvodzyk is indeed a better boxer, and with a better looking style than Beterbiev. But Beterbiev was just too relentless and determined and powerful and he always finds a way to land his damaging blows.
Canelo will obviously win.. If Beterbiev signs the contract stipulating he throws no hard punches and if a punch does get through he must allow 3 clean punches from Canelo in return. Canelo gets beat by any European level light heavyweight who actually fights back (and no aging / rehydration clauses etc) . There's a reason Kovalev pitty pattied and threw nothing with intent
Joe Gallagher spent more time counting his % percentage as both manager and trainer to Callum Smith than he did actually training poor old Lurch. Joe probably got more money than Callum did and the Smith brothers still have loyalty to him
Out of everyone within a weight class, this is the hardest fight for him. But I expect him to knock Beterbiev out. He seems a class above his peers right now.
